Day 70: School is DONE!!!!

I finished my last two finals today I am done with the semester and I got all my garments and projects back today. I also said goodbye to some friends I made that are staying here because in 2 days I go to the Big Apple!! I also thanked all my professor's for there time in teaching me this semester and I went and said goodbye to Cristien who is the study abroad adviser who helped me get through this time with out my family then I had one last walk home from school and one last tube ride home from school while I was walking I took some pictures of where I live and a few for my husband proving that there are semis here! Now I am enjoying my last cider in congratulations of getting through the semester all in one piece and I will finalise my packing tomorrow and Friday.

Day 69: getting ready to finish finals

Today I worked on my last paper and then I knitted and watched Netfliks for the rest of the day in between talking to my husband about financial stuff and I got a call from my friend who I will live with in New York City I will be living in Edgewater New Jersey and will need to take a bus or ferry to work. She said that the people at her work are exited to have me come and so that makes me nervous that I will mess something up, but I will try my hardest not to. Also I found out that they do not have work that Monday because it is Memorial day so I have two days for Jet Lag which I am trying to make sure does not happen, but probably will. I am very exited to end this part of my trip and move on to the next. I will take all the good information, culture, and experiences from London and Europe with me as long as I live they will be special memory's in my hart and London has been wonderful, but I am ready to have a new experience in actually getting to work in my field with others who are living my dream of being designers!!! 3 days to go!

Day 68: One Final down Two more to go

Today I turned in my Portfolio final which I shared last night. We talked about them and said what we thought other people could improve on we were done with class by 10:00 AM. Then I went to print out my design boards for textiles and printed them out in the wrong size, so I had to reprint them. I got home stuck them on boards ate lunch and now I am gonna take a nap and rest my other two finals are on Wednesday and I have everything ready for them except for one paper and then I am DONE!!! I can then try to pack as much as I can in my suitcases and head for New York City!!!!!!!!!!!!

Day 67: Finishing Final work

with assymetrical sleaves and hem

Design four is a dress that could be for
wor or a cocktail dress with the chains
on the sides. It also has the chains on
the neck line and in the back.

Design five is a shirt whit the chains
going around to the back and then it has
the knitted fabric in multiple layers at
the top.

Design six is the design I made for the class.
It is a tube shirt with the crochet chains
around the top and bottom.

Today I slept in and then I finished up my Portfolio Final I worked on and finished my Textiles final and I need to write one more paper for my Fashion Trends class and then I am done after that I have to start packing.

Day 66: Home work and a walk though Hyde Park

Today I did homework and then me and Kristena went out for a walk through Hyde park. At least we meant to we got there and walked over to these memorials after that we walked down a while and saw a bunch of people out side of a hotel so we decided to stand there and ended up seeing Kanya West and Kim Kardashion. That was interesting then we did go on our walk through Hyde Park and that was nice it was nice and quite and we saw ducks and the Diana memorial fountain. We then made our way back home and i went to bed.

Day 65: The London Eye

Today me and some of my flat mates went to see the London Eye. It is a big fairs wheel that shows you the best view of London. It took us about an hour to wait in line to get on and then about 30 minutes to make one full rotation. After we got off we went to go see the London Eye 3D experience which was also included with our ticket. It was really interesting and I really enjoyed it.

  Later the whole flat went to a Mexican restaurant and had dinner together for the last time it was really nice.We sat there and talked for hours then some of us went home and the rest went out to the clubs.

Day 64: Homework to get ready for Finals

Today I worked on my homework I had to get ready for my finals I have one due on Monday and the other two due on Wednessday. Then it is time to pack and head off to New York City!!!!
